Well-Being Wednesday
Our Well-being Wednesdays runs every Wednesday from 11am – 2pm and is open to all!
We run meaningful activities each week including our allotment project, wildlife garden & drama therapy sessions as well as monthly workshops such as mosaic workshops and breath and stretch sessions.
Well-being Wednesdays are a safe space for anyone to attend, engage in activities and socialise with other members of the local community.
We also have laptops available during this time to access the internet, log on to emails, access benefits & apply for jobs.
We have a wealth of knowledge about local services and can signpost to agencies depending on the individual need.
Lunch & refreshments are provided and everyone is welcome to attend.
